I had a great time painting at Arlee's studio with such a worldly crowd, Brenda from Australia, Joan from Africa, Miyuki from Japan, Brenda and Jill from Florida, Jan from Maine, Cibby from Saunderstown and Arlee from Tiverton! I had a wonderful time painting with these fine ladies!

Haven't painted since Dad passed away. He was my biggest fan. I know that would make him sad but I really haven't felt like it. I am trying to inspire myself to get back to it! Another thing we both had in common was the love of beautiful flowers, I had planted some hibiscus plants in June and the first blooms have come out. I know my Dad would have loved these!

Studio Home Dimensions Certification

I just completed a 3 day certification with Studio by Sculpey. It was very liberating, exhausting, and FUN. I passed my certification and can now teach Studio Home Dimension classes. Diane Villano was my teacher and she was just GREAT! This is the first creative thing that I have done since my Dad passed away. He would be sad to hear that but I just couldn't get in the spirit. Hopefully this will break that cycle. I will post my work and more information as soon as I have more time!
